The hotel is located in one of the quietest southern parts of Sunny Beach, the largest summer resort in Bulgaria. The Caucasus Golden Dune is only 50 meters away. from the sand dunes, which are a nature reserve and protected by UNESCO, and 200 meters from the beach.

The center of Sunny Beach is about 2 km. north of the hotel, and in the opposite direction about 3 km. is the ancient town of Nessebar, an architectural monument protected by UNESCO.
