Hotel policy

Hotel Kavkaz Golden Dune is a summer hotel and works for you 24 hours a day during the summer months.

The hotel accommodates guests on Olinclusive basis. All-inclusive bracelets for us show that you are a guest of the hotel and are a hallmark, so please wear them throughout your stay, otherwise the staff has the right not to serve you.

Please note that if you start your all-inclusive lunch package, you will only have breakfast on the last day. If you start with dinner, you also have lunch on the last day.

In case you arrive after dinner time you will receive a dry package at check-in, in case you leave before breakfast time, order packages from the reception the night before.

Check-in after 14:00

Upon arrival, the guest presents a personal document and a voucher for accommodation.

Check-out until 12:00, in case you want to leave the room later than 12:00 on the last day, please ask at the reception if there is such a possibility / if there are free rooms / and for what payment / according to the official the announced tariffs of the hotel /.

Please observe silence between 22:00 and 08:00

Between 21:00 and 07:00 the pool is cleaned and its use is not allowed.

Rooms are cleaned until 15:30. If you put up a Do Not Disturb sign, your room will not be cleaned.

If you want to rent a safe, ask at the reception, the safe is paid 5 levs per day and can be rented only for the entire stay.

Consumption of the minibar is charged only at your request and is for a fee.

Food and beverages are not exported from the premises and designated places for consumption, otherwise a fee is charged, which is determined by the type of item.

Indecent clothing is not allowed in the restaurant, in a swimsuit, without a T-shirt or barefoot.

If you want to use the sauna, you must check in at the reception at least half an hour in advance.

Please visit the gym only with special shoes for the purpose and follow the instructions of the devices for your safety.

The hotel has a doctor's office and our doctor Kostov will be happy to help you in case of need.

Bicycle rental is also available at the hotel, and if you wish to rent, please contact the reception.

The animation at the Caucasus Golden Dune Hotel is conducted by our young, energetic and positive animators, who will entertain you 6 days a week. Day off Monday.

Monday is a day for Bulgarian evening and traditional show program with live music on the terrace of the restaurant in the period after 15.06. to 15.09

On Wednesday, our chef prepares an Italian evening.
